ROSE Chitral inked MoU with Al-Hamd University Islamabad

Chairman ROSE-CHITRAL, Mr. Hidayat Ullah signed an MoU with Al-Hamd University. As per the MOU, Al-Hamd University will give one seat to ROSE scholars in each academic program offered in it’s Islamabad campus. 60% of the fee will be waived off to such students.
